| You are the most persuasive, most effective advocate
for me in your community. Set forth below are 15
different ways to advocate for me. Complete any three
(3) of the fifteen tasks and you
will be designated a Rick Hubbard Community Organizer!
1. Tell 10 friends by e-mail or letter why you support Rick Hubbard and ask them to join you. 2. Get 10 friends to sign one or more of my Petitions for Nomination to the U.S. Senate and forward these to my headquarters.
3. Invite friends over for dinner and discuss with them the issues of my campaign. 4. Add your interested friends to my database. Make sure they enter their names and contact information on my website. Once they're signed up, I'll send them periodic updates about my campaign. 5. Make sure that your friends are registered to vote for Rick Hubbard! Voter Registration information is available on my web site here. 6. Contact your local political party officials and tell them why you support me. Explain you'd like them to pledge their support to Rick Hubbard.
7. Write a letter to the editor of your local newspaper explaining why you support Rick Hubbard and send me a copy at rick@rickhubbard.org or mail to headquarters, attention: Letters to the Editor. 8. Listen to your local radio programs and when they are discussing the U.S. Senate race, call in and let them know your position. 9. Clip and send me articles about my campaign from your local paper so I can monitor how I'm doing in your community. Mail them to me at headquarters, attention: Local Clips, send them by e-mail to rick@rickhubbard.org or send them by fax to 802-253-2942.
10. Contribute to my campaign by writing a check or by credit card on the web page. Click here for contribution guidelines, a printable donation form and an online donation form. 11. Host a "Raise Revenue for Rick" gathering and raise $250 or more for my campaign.
13. Help "spotlight" people in your community who are good role models, who have done a good job dealing with adversity or who are making a real difference by sending me their name and telling me about their efforts. Whatever the cause, tell me about it and send a photo if possible. It will let your community know about the kind of people who support Rick Hubbard.
