The property is very well located close to downtown and major highways and contains multiple common areas, antiques, oriental rugs, an outdoor patio and flower gardens, all beautifully sited on 2.85 fully landscaped acres high on a ridge with backyard gardens, lawn and field overlooking a nearby forest to take full advantage of spectacular westerly views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains. The premises are non-smoking and include wireless DSL internet access, telephone, satellite TV, washer/dryer, full kitchen, gardens, patio, health club access, and many other amenities. When not working, relax alone or enjoy conversation and activities with other housemates.

Close-In Directions: From the intersection of Spear Street and Swift Street at the stoplight, you are close enough to see our property. Travel south on Spear St. 1317 Spear Street is the 7th property on your right (west side) as you travel south (The first is a white barn owned by UVM and the next 6 are residences). Look for a property with a white picket fence around it, a green mailbox numbered 1317 at the road and a "U" shaped driveway with 2 entrances onto Spear Street. Enter through the door by the garage.
