I join in a petition to place on the General Election ballot as an "INDEPENDENT" Vermonter the name of RICK HUBBARD, also known as Richard M. Hubbard, whose residence is at 57 Depot Street (P.O. Box 1444) in the town of Stowe in the County of Lamoille and State of Vermont, for the office of UNITED STATES SENATOR from Vermont to be voted for on Tuesday, November 7, 2000; and I certify that I am at the present time a registered voter and am qualified to vote for a candidate for this office.
