Rick
Hubbard enters Republican primary against Jim Jeffords to draw the
biggest distinction between Rick's position to provide meaningful campaign
finance reform and that of Jim Jeffords, whose position does not go
far enough. Rick further announces he will also conduct a write in
campaign within the Democratic Primary and also bring this issue to the
general election and run as an Independent in the event he does not win
the Republican primary.
